Up for Sale is my Ford 5000, it is a 1975 model with power steering and has had just one owner from new. It is still completely original and in excellant mechanical condition. This tractor had a brush fitted to the front and a small fork lift on the back. It appears to have only been used to load turf lorries in the fields and used to kept the roads clean etc. The rear links have no wear on them as they have been in safe storage most of their lives, the PTO shaft has never been used! Judging by the fact that incredibly there is still paint in places on the exhaust manifold, this machine has not seen a lot of hard work? Ring Richard for further information on 07860661358 - Thank you On 13-May-12 at 13:39:45 BST, seller added the following information: i have been asked by lots of watchers about the engine gearbox etc . all i can say is that due to the tractor having regular servicing through-out its life due to the turf farm had its own workshop etc the engine sounds in great shape ,no smoke and starts well.the gearbox changes as good as new with very clean oil and up to level .hope this helps thanks richard |
