If this happens we are not responsible for the cost of re-posting the item. Larger or bulkier items will be sent by courier, either UPS or a similar carrier, these items will also need to be signed for. Deliveries to Southern Ireland and the rest of Europe will be via Royal Mail Signed For or Airsure services or DHL or similar service for bulky items. Please visit the websites of these services (as advised) for delivery lead times, tracking details will be supplied on request, please do not leave negative or neutral feedback without following these guidlines if your package is delayed for any reason as it is the carrier delaying the delivery if the item has been despatched, not us .

Any item incorrectly ordered can be returned in its unopened, original packaging by prior arrangement with us, but will be subject to a restocking charge of 15%, you should also be aware that all postage and packaging costs are to be borne by yourself in these circumstances.
