Postage - Small items are sent using Royal Mail 1st class post, Higher
value products will be sent Recorded / Special Delivery or by carrier - these
services require a signature.
Please understand that your signature is not only to confirm that the
item has been received but that the item has been delivered in undamaged
condition, it is quite acceptable to open the parcel before signing the
delivery drivers’ device or paperwork. Be warned, if you sign and find later
that the item is damaged the courier will not entertain a damage claim. If
the item is damaged please refuse the delivery.
All items are carefully wrapped to ensure safe delivery which is
normally within 1-7 working days but this is typically quicker, check our
feedback. In the event of your item not arriving please wait until the 7th
working day before contacting us - unless you have chosen Special Delivery or
Carrier which should be within 1-2 working days.

Despatch of items - If we have a stock error or shortage you will be
notified on the day of despatch offering the timescale to get said item to
you or you will be offered a refund or a replacement product if there is one

Errors/Mistakes- We are only human and in the unlikely event that you
receive your item that is incorrectly picked please contact us via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or ring our customer services number 07948 272212 (overseas customers
0044 7948 272212) where we will quickly rectify the situation and refund your
postage costs to return the item (we only cover the costs of 1st Class Royal
Mail or international equivalent which will be refunded back to your Paypal
account or credit card)
Changed your mind? - If you have brought the item in error or changed
your mind you will have to cover your postage cost to send the item back to
us. You will be refunded the amount you paid for the item minus our shipping
If you need to exchange the product, size etc. we will charge you
postage to resend the item which we will advise via e-mail.
When buying used parts, this is at the buyers risk, we describe
their condition as accurately as we can, we don't always have the opportunity
to test parts before they leave us, if you disagree with our description of
their condition, we will accept their return, as long as they haven't been
dismantled, buyer being responsible for return postage. International
customers responsible for outward and return postage.
