If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt for either an exchange or refund, simply contact us for full return instructions. Your item/s must be and unused/unworn and accompanied with its original packaging.
If this is not the case a nominal cost will be charged for the pouch/box before a refund or exchange can be processed.
Any items damaged in transit back to us as a result of not being sent back in the original packaging, will be sent directly back to the shipper.
This does not in any way affect your statutory rights.
For your own benefit, when returning item/s to us, we strongly suggest using Royal Mail recorded delivery or obtain proof of posting from your post office.
This will ensure there is proof of delivery and insurance on the goods whilst in transit.
We cannot be held liable for loss or damage for any returned goods lost in transit.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us.
Items received back outside these guidelines will not be eligible for a refund, only an exchange.
When returning anything to us, please enclose your Name, eBay ID and the reason for return.
If you wish to return your order for any reason, you may do so up to 7 days after payment was made, as long as the goods are unused, unopened and in the same condition you received them. You will be refunded (minus P&P) upon receipt of the item. Please return items to us using Recorded Delivery. If goods are not sent back to us by recorded delivery and the package is lost or not received, we cannot be held responsible.
If the item is faulty or not working properly, please contact the manufacturer as they should be able to help. If the product is still not functioning correctly and it has been less than 14 days since purchase, you may return the item to us. We will test the item upon receipt and if it is indeed faulty we will dispatch a replacement (if available) or offer you a full refund. If the item is in working order, we will ask you to pay the suitable postage fee, for us to return the item to you.
If you have been sent the incorrect item, please let us know immediately and return the item to us. Please send it by recorded delivery and let us know the tracking number as soon as possible. We will dispatch the correct item when we receive the number.
If your item is not called for, and returned to us, we will contact you and request the suitable postage fee via Paypal. Once payment is received, we will resend your item a.s.a.p. If you no longer need/want the item(s), please let us know and you will be refunded (minus P&P).
