We ship worldwide.  International orders may be subject to local customs and duties, for which the Buyer is solely responsible. To prepare item and documents for international shipping, allow 2-4 business days before item will be shipped. Unless Expedited Shipping is Purchased. 

Shipping Rates.

We work hard to offer the lowest shipping costs worldwide. Sometimes eBay and Paypal incorrectly combines multiple items and show a HIGHER shipping cost. If you think it looks too high, contact us before you make payment.

In some rare cases (for example: chassis, racks, monitors, printers, battery backups) due to weight and/or dimension actual rates may vary. If you have any questions, please contact us beforehand and we will provide you with adjusted rates for large, bulky items. We do offer to ship as freight on a pallet.

We prefer Paypal (Free Buyer's Protection up to $2000) but we also accept all Major Credit Cards and Bank WIre Transfers. All payments must be received within 4 Days otherwise we reserve the Right to Cancel the Transaction and Relist the Item and add the Buyer to a Blocked Bidder List.

Our REFUND POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy: Defective items must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt of Item unless otherwise specified in Listing. Buyer pays for return shipping. No returns accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization. Shipping costs are non-refundable. There is 15% restocking fee applied to items returned ordered in error or Items Returned as Defective but tested as "Working" upon arrival due to lack of Technical Knowledge or expertise to properly implement the Item, NO EXCEPTIONS.
