We accept most major credit cards and debit cards, securely over the telephone.  We also accept Paypal, Paypal e-Cheque.
*Please Note* Paypal e-Cheque can take 8-10 working days to clear.  We are advised by eBay and Paypal not to dispatch items until funds have successfully cleared.

DELIVERY
Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard Parcel:  Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery of all items (excluding Bank Holidays).  We aim to dispatch within 48 working hours, wherever possible.

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Parcel: Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery.  This is 1st Class Recorded Parcel Post, NOT 1st Class Letter Post.

Courier: Please allow 2 working days for delivery.  A signature is required - Mon-Fri deliveries only (weekends not included). If first delivery fails due to no one on the premises to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a card and attempt a second delivery the following working day.  If this is not convenient, you must contact the telephone number provided on the card in order to arrange a suitable date (week days only) but not to an alternative address.  If the second delivery fails, no further deliveries will be attempted, you must arrange a collection date with the courier. Items delivered via courier should be fully inspected before signing.  Claims for shortages or damaged goods must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.  Please make a note on the couriers delivery docket, whereever possible  Delivery charge is UK Mainland only.  We are happy to dispatch heavy goods to Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles and Offshore Islands but you will need to contact us for a shipping quote BEFORE making your purchase.

RETURNS
Returns will only be accepted with prior authorisation.  Authorisation must be obtained via the eBay Resolution Centre within 7 days of receiptof goods.

INCORRECTLY ORDERED BY CUSTOMER / NO LONGER REQUIRED - Goods must be returned by the customer at their own expense within 7 days of authorisation being obtained. Goods must be received in mint condition and in their original packaging.  We can not be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during their return transit.

DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS - Any goods received damaged / faulty must be reported in writing to us within 7 days of receipt.  We will provide the customer with an authorisation number and goods must be returned by the customer to Childrens Toystore t/a Newman Office Interiors Ltd, address detailed on top left of receipt supplied with goods..  Upon receipt of the return, we will despatch a replacement and refund the Royal Mail return postage cost incurred or refund the product in full including the original P&P plus Royal Mail return postage cost incurred.  We can not be held responsible for any return that is lost or damaged in transit.
