Returns and Faulty Item Policy 1) All items that are personalsied and made to order are non refundable. If we have made an error in the personalisation of your product we will of course rectify this. If you have provided incorrect details/spellings we cannot be held responsible. 2) For items which are faulty on receipt, you must notify us within 14 days by e-mail through ebay only. We will then advise further and may issue you with a return refernce number, and that should be quoted on all future correspondence. Faulty items should be returned to us within 14 days and upon receipt we will either replace or refund the item subject to confirming that the item is faulty. Once confirmed faulty, we will also refund the minimal postage charges that are required to return the parcel to us. This is usually second class post.
