Upsides: recipes are really good, we've really enjoyed all the ones we've made and the book coupled with Meera Sodha's attitude to how to cook Indian food have really opened up the world of Indian cooking for me. Downsides:I don't particularly like hardback recipe books, they take up too much room when I'm cooking, are awkward to handle and are difficult to store. There are too many glossy photos that are 'fillers' I would have much preferred more recipes and less 'articles', which are a bit lengthy.
