Do not bid if you are not sure if the item is compatible with your machine, because you may face only partial refund.
We strictly advise: do not assemble or disassemble laptop pc yourself. Leave it to experts. We do not do refunds for items broken in irresponsible and wanton use while disassembling machines without professional supervision.
Item is in good condition; however please note that these are used parts and may show signs of wear.
Items must be paid within 3 days. Otherwise item will be relisted for other bidders and unpaid item dispute will be opened for non-paying buyer.
We accept payment through PayPal only.
All items will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class which generally takes 2-3 business days to reach you. However, remember, please, we ship within 1-2 days.
Please allow up to 24 hours for shipping arrangement after payment confirmed.
We offer combined shipping to buyer who ordered multiple items at one time to save part of postage. We will not be responsible for any loss because of wrong or undeliverable shipping address. International bidders welcome.
Returns accepted – If Faulty Only, 7 days DOA (Dead On Arrival). The faulty item will be exchanged for the same model or Refunded. Item not defective after testing or wrong item ordered by buyer will be returned at buyer’s expense.
Handling, Re-stocking, Re-listing costs are subject to charge up to 20% of full sell price, charges may vary.
Packaging and Postage fees are not refundable as it has already been paid to Royal Mail or a Courier company. Damaged or broken item is not refundable if not insured. Item must be returned using Recorded Services within 14 days of delivery. Returns are not accepted without contacting us. No refund for items returned after 14 days.
