We are very carefully on each stage of our supply chain. Each item is packed to a high standard ensuring it reaches our valued customers in good condition.

If however, you have a specific problem with the item you have received, please advise us within 7 days of receiving it explaining the problem. You can email us at samxu55807@hotmail.co.uk or send a message to our eBay account via the 'contact seller' link. After this period, it is down to our discretion whether we decide to replace, refund or part refund the item if at all.

Once it has been established and agreed for us to accept the return, the item must be sent back in the same condition and packed as originally sent. The return postage cost of damaged/faulty items will be covered by us for two weeks after the date of purchase, after this time the cost of returning an item will be down the buyer.

Our returns, refund or replacement policy does not cover the buyer for mishandling the item, item being dropped, sand, dirt, dust, improper safe keeping or damage caused from the buyers own assembling, interfered with or misused in anyway.
