Customer services is open from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4pm on Fridays. Queries sent outside of these hours will be dealt with the next working day.
If the occasion arises and we are unable to fulfil an order from our stock, we may order this directly from a 3rd party supplier, and will pass your name and address details to the other party in order for them to deliver the item directly to you. By ordering from us you are accepting this condition

If you change your mind you can return the item to us within 30 days from the order date. You will need to pay the returns postage. We are not responsible for items posted back that are not received and therefore suggest using the most appropriate postal service so you are able to claim from Royal mail if the item is not received back.
Please allow up to 14 working days for the processing of your return.
Returns postage will be covered if we are at fault. We refund 2nd class Royal Mail. If you choose to use 1st class or a recorded the additional cost will not be refunded.
