Return, Damage & Warranty
Damages & Loss:
All damaged goods and losses must be reported by email within 48 hours from receipt of your order. After this period has lapsed, we will not accept responsibility for damaged goods. Please check your order. This will then be avoided any issue's.
Failure to do this will invalidate any claims made.
Returning an item you have purchased by mistake or still under warranty:
We will endeavour to provide as much information within the content of our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. However, should you require to return any product, we will allow you to do so within 14 days after receipt of delivery. Should you need to return your order, please enclose a copy of your invoice with the goods. You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier. We ask that you do everything possible to ensure the goods are returned to us in good condition and if possible with their original packaging. We will refund the total cost of the goods, minus a restocking charge when we receive the goods back in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to charge a restocking charge.
Returning an item that is faulty:
If we have supplied an item that is faulty or goes faulty in the first 7 days of receipt we will arrange the uplift of the goods (Please put a copy your invoice with the goods.). Should we ( and sometimes the manufacturer ) upon receipt of said items be satisfied as to the alleged defects, we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods and any carriage costs incurred.
Returning an item that we have supplied incorrectly:
If we send you the wrong item, please email us, all good received in error will be collected and replaced at our cost.
None returnable goods:
We will not accept returns of none stock goods, Consumables, Gasses, Oils, Lubricants, Perishables, or specially ordered items. This is simply because most of our suppliers will not accept these items back. When possible, with agreement from our suppliers to accept such returned goods, a handling charge at their discretion will apply (To be advised). Vehicles sold on my shop are for personal sale, and we do not accept returns. Any vehicle sold is purchased sold as seen.
We offer a return to base policy only. Being a distributor for many products, in certain cases (depending on product manufacturer) some will allow a collection process at no cost to you. This is subject to the warranty claim being accepted.
If you receive faulty goods please email us with your invoice number and some information regarding the fault. We will process your claim, and if the goods are found to be faulty, a replacement will be supplied free of charge. Should however the returned item be damaged or abused, no replacement or credit will be given. Return charge of your goods will apply. It is the responsibility of the customers to return goods to our choice of destination within UK mainland should they be damaged on arrival and not reported within 48 hours of receipt or under warranty or no longer required.
Overseas Orders (All order supplied outside UK mainland)
All warranty, damaged and unused goods must be returned by the buyer. We will replace or refund any goods that are proven to be defective.
