We here at superstyled.me are confident in our products as we only buy into brands that we can be confident have a high standard of quality and functionality. However, we also understand that the love of an accessory requires a lot of commitment as it reflects your personality and individual taste. So if you feel your new purchase is not going to make for a long and happy relationship......or just doesn’t look quite right with that new top, don’t worry – you can just follow our easy returns procedure detailed below:
*Please not that superstyled.me does not offer a free returns policy and all Customers will be liable for the costs of returning any purchases. We will however, reimburse any postage costs for the return of a purchase should it be deemed a faulty item......see below for further information
Please ensure any underwear garments purchased are tried on over another pair of briefs. We will only accept returns of unworn purchases received with all tags and packaging intact.
Please note that any pierced items cannot be returned to us for hygiene purposes unless the item is un-used and deemed to be damaged at the fault of superstyled.me.
ALL UK RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 21 DAYS OF OUR SHIPPING DATE – YOU WILL ALWAYS RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL FROM US TO ADVISE ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DESPATCHED. *Any returns received outside of this time frame will not be honoured so please contact our Customer Service Team should you have any concerns that you may not be able to adhere to our returns window. How to Return a Parcel
All returns must be un-used and returned in immaculate condition, including any packaging that was supplied upon delivery of your order.
Your delivery note should be included in your return and clearly identify the item(s) being returned with a clear note explaining your reasons for the return. Please stipulate at this point if you require a refund or replacement. Should you opt for a replacement you will need to supply either a thorough description of the item or its product code so that it does not delay our returns process once your parcel arrives back at our warehouse. Please note you will not incur a second delivery cost for the despatch of your replacement goods. If you have lost your delivery note please supply us with a covering letter detailing your full address details so that we may locate your account and order history.

Take your parcel to your local Post Office and return via standard 1st Class delivery. Please request a free “Proof of Postage” receipt and retain this until you receive confirmation from us that your return has successfully been received into our warehouse. Should any returns be lost in transit we will request a copy of this so that we may still process your request for a refund/replacement. If this cannot be supplied we will not honour the return of your goods and no compensation will be provided.
Please allow 14 working days for superstyled.me to process your return requests. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from either ourselves or our payment merchant to confirm a replacement/refund has been processed.
What if I Require an Immediate Replacement?
Should you be in a position where you require a replacement item sooner than we can offer within the timeframe of our returns policy, please place a new order online as this will be the quickest method. Please note that you will be charged in full for this order and delivery costs will not be re-imbursed.
What if my Replacement Item Costs More or Less Than my Returned Goods?
Should your replacement choice cost less that your returned item(s) a refund will automatically be processed to you via our payment merchant PayPal.
Should your replacement choice cost more than your returned item(s) our Customer Service Team will contact you either via e-mail through PayPal to request an additional payment amount. Alternatively, we can contact you by telephone to obtain card details to pay for the additional amount. Please note we must speak with the card holder when obtaining this information and you may be asked some security questions relating to either your account or your order.
