We accept payment by Paypal or by credit/debit card. If you wish to pay by card simply call our sales team on 01342 302154 and we can take your order and payment quickly and efficiently.

Shipping

We aim to deliver all UK orders in 1-3 working days from time of payment. We keep a range of our most popular items in stock for same day dispatch if ordered by 2pm (dispatched next working day if ordered after 2pm). Please call us on 01342 302154 if you would like to check availability of a particular product.
  
We use both Royal Mail 1st class and overnight couriers for delivery - generally speaking if an item weighs over 1.5kg then it will be sent using an overnight courier and will require a signature.

Description & Price of Goods 
   
The description and price of the goods you order will be as shown at time of order. All goods are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable after your order has been placed, we will inform you immediately and offer you an alternative or issue a refund or credit for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from you for the goods.
  
Delivery
  
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been paid for. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. 
  
Damaged Goods
  
We aim to provide the highest level of service to its customers. If you are not entirely happy with the quality of your purchase, or you believe the product to be faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. If the product is faulty or damaged we will offer a spare part or replace the item and offer you a refund on any postage costs you may incur - we do not refund for Special Delivery. Please note, we will only send out a replacement item on receipt of the faulty/damaged item. A proof of postage should always be obtained when returning goods to Ashdown Home Store Ltd.
  
Warranty 
   
All goods are covered by a full manufacturer?s warranty. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. 
   
Should the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty or you have any other complaint, you should notify us in writing as soon as possible and we will advise on the correct course of action, be it a replacement part of replacement item. We do not refund for Special Delivery. The goods must be returned to the address shown below. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged further in the meantime or in transit. 
  
Limitation of Liability 
  
Ashdown Home Store Ltd's total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, and restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.

Returns

Returning Unwanted Goods
  
We value our customers greatly and aim to provide the highest possible level of service. If you purchase an item and decide you do not like it or it does not fit your requirements we will offer a 30 day full refund period. Please note, the refund will match the price you originally paid and will not cover any postage fees paid for the item or incurred whilst returning the item. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for returns outside of the 30 day period.
  
Unwanted items should be returned in an unused condition and in its original packaging - if it is not in a re-sell-able condition a refund can not be offered. Should the goods be returned in an unsatisfactory condition, we reserve the right to reject an application for a refund and will return the damaged stock back to the client (return postage fees to be paid by client).
