We specialise in the supply of kitchen taps, bathroom taps, bathroom showers and accessories from Deva Tap Company - one of the UK's largest suppliers of quality brassware. We also have our own range of bathroom taps, showers, wastes and accessories which we always keep in stock and offer at fantastic prices.
We also specialise in a large range of light switches and plug sockets in a variety of different finishes (chrome, steel, brass, bronze, black etc) from G&H Brassware, and also supply the complete range of designer glass light switches and plug sockets from RetroTouch.
Can I combine postage for multiple items?
We offer free postage for UK orders over £25, and only charge £1.50 for orders under £25. Ebay should automatically work this out for you when you make your purchases and combine payment. If you experience a problem we can always combine the items together for you and send you a revised invoice via ebay. Where possible we will always send multiple orders from the same customer together.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes we do, we can ship anywhere in the world. Many of our listings already have international postage applied to them, but please feel free to contact us for prices. We will send using Royal Mail Signed for Airmail for small items, and Fedex/TNT or similar for large items.
What happens after I order?
Once you place your order with us you will receive an order confirmation from ebay via email. Please check this carefully. We will then send you an email via ebay on the day of dispatch notifying you that your order is on its way to you.
How quickly will the order be sent?
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, many of our items will be sent same day if ordered by 2pm. We have excellent arrangements with all our suppliers, so any item we don’t have on the shelf we will get next day (for orders placed by 2pm). Our delivery aim for all items is 1-3 working days. If you require an urgent next day delivery please contact us, as this can often be arranged for an extra fee. Please note we are not open and do not dispatch over the weekend.
How will the order be sent to me?
We use Royal Mail 1st class for all small orders, and Royal Mail 1st class Recorded delivery for small items with a high value. All larger items will be sent using Interlink courier. Please always provide us with a contact phone number when placing an order. If you are ordering a large item like a tap please provide us with a mobile number and we can text you with your delivery timeslot on the day of delivery. Delivery addresses can be different to invoice addresses - this can be selected during the checkout and payment procedure.
Do you accept returns?
Yes of course, we offer a 30 day return policy, just return back to us and include a copy of your order with ‘refund’ marked on it. Items must be unused and in original packaging. You will have to pay the return postage, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. Returns received after 30 days can still receive a refund but will incur a 25% restocking charge. Please email us prior to returning an item to inform us of your intention.
Can you offer help with installation?
Whilst we are very knowledgeable about our products, and will answer all questions before you buy, we are not qualified to offer advice on installation. Due to the nature of our products, you will need to seek the advice and expertise of a plumber or electrician. We do of course always recommend that products should be installed by a professional.
