Returns Policy You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of any problems or suitability of the product and we must receive the item back within 21 days of the item being delivered to you. If you have purchased the item as a Gift, then please advise at the time, so we can extend the returns period. We recommend you open and check all boxes even if the item is a gift. All items should be returned in the original packaging with labels and be in new condition. Do not remove any labels or destroy the packaging until you are satisfied with your purchase.
