POSTAGE /DELIVERY

Your ordered and paid for items will be dispatched using a courier or Royal Mail services and should arrive within 1 - 5 working days from date of your payment being received unless specified otherwise. Please be aware that your items maybe available at the local Post Office for collection if an attempt is made by a Royal Mail or Parcel Force service as calling cards are not always left. The delivery service used maybe upgraded if we decide at our cost for certain items and areas. Somebody must be present to sign for you goods at the delivery address given. Items sent via most methods will have at least 2 delivery attempts before being held by the carrier. Items not called for or collected and returned will incur a charge for postage costs and any subsequent deliveries will be charged for.
