In the very unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your Bodysock, then return it unworn (obviously we understand that you may have tried it on once for sizing purposes), unwashed, folded and in original packaging - basically in "as new" condition - within 14 working days after the date of delivery for a refund or replacement Bodysock. Due to the fact that we cannot resell these items, we cannot accept returns that smell strongly of (cigarette) smoke, body odour, aftershave/cologne, perfume, cooking/food or stained with make up. We will not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been washed in any way, dryed in a dryer, or damaged in any way, so if this is the case we recommend you don't return them to us as no refund will be made.
When making a return please include the invoice or reference number you were given with your order (on your invoice), your email and name so we can easily find your order ID and issue a refund or exchange. Please also provide a brief note to say what is being returned, why it is being returned and whether you would like a refund or exchange. This will help us speed up the process.
Please note that we will not refund the postage and packaging charges for a return unless it is due to a mistake or fault on our behalf.
