Return policy details
UNWANTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECIPET Yes we will except returns within 7 days of item being delivered (as per DSR regulations/ distance selling rules 2001) as long as: Goods are in original packing and unused/unopened. It is the customer's responsibility to send item back to us at customers own cost. Once item has been checked and above has been confirmed we will refund your account and we will email you to advice of this. If upon inspection your item shows that it has been used very slightly (handsfree/Bluetooth and data products are excluded) but is still unmarked, the packaging is still intact undamaged and item cannot be sold as new there will be a 20% charge. If the above conditions aren't met we could refuse the return and the customer will be responsible for paying return delivery costs to send item back to customer. Please email us through EBay messaging for authorisation. We will not accept any returns without this authorisation. FAULTY ITEMS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECIEPT If for some reason your product develops faults within 7 days of receipt please email us through Ebay with fault details within 7 days and will assist accordingly.
