Refunds and Replacement Items If you have any questions please feel free to contact through eBay and we will endeavour to reply to all emails within 24 hours of receiving them (except on weekends & public holidays). Returns Return authorization must be provided to you before sending the item back. Please email through the eBay Message system. We will provide you with the details of how you should return products, including the address to which you should return products. Once authorization has been given to you and item is received back, we will check the basic information (serial number / nature of return) and you will either be offered a replacement or refund. All serial numbers on items are recorded before items are sent out to prevent items being switched and returned. Goods sent back, without prior authorization might not be identifiable and therefore no refund will be issued. Where replacement or refund has been deemed appropriate, this can only be processed once the original goods are returned to us in their original state and condition. All instruction manuals, accessories and cables must also be back in our possession, any products returned opened, incomplete or without the original packaging will incur a 15% restocking fee. Where goods are returned as faulty after 14 days of receiving the goods, we reserve the right to return the product to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. If this should happen then it is likely that the repair or replacement could take up 30 days to process. In some cases we may advise you to contact the manufacturer directly as they offer tailored end user warranties and in some cases on- site replacement and are therefore a better place to resolve any problems. In the case of an item being purchased on the assumption that the item is compatible and not stated in the listing then we are not liable to refund or replace this misapprehension.
