GENUINE BLACKBERRY BOLD 9700 / 9780 TRACKPAD TOUCH BUTTON WITH RIBBON FLEX
Can be used to replace cracked, scratched or not working central Trackpad/Touch buttons on the Blackberry Bold 9700 & 9780 mobile phones.
Trackpad/Touch button comes attached to electronic ribbon which clips onto the circuit board.
Please note: Fitting instructions are not included and professional fitting is advised, however there are videos available on YouTube showing you how to change the trackpad.
If your payment is received before 2pm Monday to Friday, your item(s) will be posted the same day. If payment is received after 2pm, your item(s) will be posted the next working day. All payments received on Saturday or Sunday; will have items shipped on Monday (except bank holiday). Payment can be accepted through Paypal and we will not pass on paypal charges to you.
Dispatch & Shipping Information
Once payment has been received your item(s) will be securely and safely packed and shipped using one of the following shipping options: 1st Class & Recorded Delivery items: usually arrive the next day after posting; however it can take up to 7 working days for them to arrive. We kindly ask that you wait until 7 working days before contacting us if you have not received your order as delays with the postal service can sometimes occur. Special Delivery items: should arrive the next day before 1pm and are insured up to £500.00 Royal Mail International Signed For items: can take up to 14 working days to arrive. Please note: that all delivery methods will require a signature upon delivery (except 1st class standard) or the parcel will be returned to your local royal mail collection office and a note will be left at your address. If it is not collected within 7 working days, it will then be returned back to us. After that you will incur any extra postage costs for re-delivery.
Feedback is an important part of a transaction. We will always leave positive feedback for buyers who have left us similar positive feedback. This system is automated as we no longer leave feedback manually, due to the amount of buyers who do not leave feedback. In order for us to leave positive feedback for you; after receiving your item, simply leave us positive feedback and we will do the same for you immediately, updating your feedback score. Terms and Conditions Including Refunds
Items can only be shipped once payment has been received and cleared. All items are packed safely and securely. Buyers who wish to pay by Paypal should have verified and confirmed Paypal accounts. Any returns must be securely packed and posted as they were when received. Damaged items will not be exchanged or refunded. We will not pay for return postage costs, unless the item is not as described, in which case you will be given a replacement or refund including postage. In the event of your parcel becoming lost or stolen while in transit, we will replace your item free of charge or refund your payment in full.
