TERMS OF PAYMENT:

Payment needs to be received within 4 days of winning, regardless of bidding on other items. This applies to all and there are no exceptions. If payment is not received within 4 days of winning the buyer loses entitlement to postage discount and an unpaid item dispute will be opened. Once the dispute is opened, once we can claim our Final Value Fee back, items will be relisted and strikes sent immediately.

We are happy to accept Paypal as the preferred method of payment. We do also accept Postal Orders (uncrossed). These must be received by us within 4 working days (please mail through ebay for our address).

We DO NOT accept personal cheques or any form of Bank Transfer etc, so please do not ask, and please do not bid if you cannot pay by any of the methods listed above.

If paying by Paypal, you must pay for the item(s) through E-Bay checkout system. We do not check for direct Paypal payments, so if you do not pay through E-Bay checkout, your item will not be dispatched, and we are not liable for any delays incurred as a result of this. We also do not read Paypal or E-Bay notes / messages. Please e-mail us directly through E-Bay.

Whilst we will attempt to send invoices showing postage discounts, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they pay the correct postage, please mail us through ebay for a revised invoice if the postage isn't correct. we will not refund any extra postage paid if you pay before your invoices are combined (invoices are sent Monday - Friday).

DISPATCH:

WE ONLY SHIP TO THE UK (ENGLAND, WALES, NORTHERN IRELAND AND SCOTLAND). WE DO NOT SHIP ABROAD AT ALL, SO PLEASE DO NOT ASK. THESE QUESTIONS WILL NOT BE ANSWERED.

Economy Delivery =  Royal Mail (3-5 Working Days)

Express Delivery = DPD Couriers (Next Day Delivery)

All large / expensive items are shipped by DPD Couriers, who offer next working day delivery (with the exception of Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland). We do not offer delivery on Saturdays.

Shipping will be made the next working after your payment has been received via DPD. Items will only be shipped Monday - Friday, any items ordered after 6:00am Friday through to Sunday will be shipped on Monday (excluding bank holidays). A signature will be required on delivery. I cannot be held responsible for items lost by the courier, but I will refund once a claim has been settled by the courier.

All smaller / cheaper items will be sent via Royal Mail 1^st class delivery.

Please note that the total cost of your item includes shipping fee, all postage, packaging, picking, handling and other expenses incurred in getting the item to you as quickly as possible. It is not just the cost of the stamp.

Warranty does not cover goods lost or damaged whilst in transit. We will only refund you once we have received settlement of our claim to Royal Mail. This is non-negotiable. We do obtain proof of postage on all our items.

COLLECTIONS:

To arrange collections, please e-mail us through E-Bay.

Items must still be paid for within 5 days . Collections are possible between 10am and 4pm weekdays. We do not offer collections at weekends. No exceptions.

Please direct all questions through E-Bay ask seller a question only. All ebay questions will be answered between the hours of 8am -3pm monday to friday only. Questions sent directly by e-mail to us will NOT be answered / read.
