If you would like us to wait to post your item ,as you would like another item or are watching an auction item,give us a shout on ebay and let us know...we are happy to wait up to 7 days to post items but unless contacted all items are packed same day and posted same or next working day.

WE AIM TO POST NEXT WORKING DAY.....WE POST MONDAY-FRIDAY and items paid by 9PM FRIDAY are posted first thing saturday,items paid after 9pm Friday cannot be posted till Monday morning...WE DO NOT POST on sundays or bank holidays,and we will add any information about holidays and any other days we cannot post to the listings.

WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL ...SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS...items paid by echeque will be posted as soon as payment clears.

OUR BUY IT NOWS ARE SET TO IMMEDIATE PAYMENT....WE ALLOW 7 DAYS FOR PAYMENT OF AUCTION ITEMS...and we have unpaid item assistant set to 8 days ,we send reminders so genuine bidders who have simply forgotten to pay dont get caught out.If you have a genuine reason for non payment contact me on ebay and let me know,I am really nice so dont be scared,that way we can sort things out.

POSTAGE AND PACKING..includes both actual postage and essential packaging,we try and take p&p into account when pricing our items and always aim to keep postage fair and we only use first class post(estimated delivery 1-3 working days),which means items arrive quickly,we have also added the option of first class recorded for thoose who would like a tracking number,very useful during buisy periods bad weather industrial action etc...recorded postage costs an extra 75p on top of the standard first class price of postage.PLEASE do not mark us down on postage,we keep our postage fair and clearly displayed and we give good combined postage discounts

WE DO NOT CHARGE for extras like gift wrap tissue paper and stickers etc...we wrap items in what is available.We keep plenty of bubble wrap and card handy for fragile items and we always recycle every scrap of paper card and plastic.

PLEASE REMEMBER..speed of dispatch is based on how fast item is packed and posted and not speed of delivery ,but as a rule Royal Mail do us proud and out items arrive quickly.
