If you have bought the item in error, and the item is completely unworn, then you can send it back to us within 30 days, with a note explaining, and we will refund you.
Please include on the note: Your Full Name, Order ID (printed on your invoice), eBay User ID, Paypal email address. You will be responsible for any returns costs, and we recommend using a recorded mail service. Please also email us to explain what has happened.
If your item is faulty, please email us, and we will offer a replacement at our discretion.
Items can sometimes be damaged by the Royal Mail.

If your item has been lost in the post, then we will despatch a replacement item
following our confirmation checks with the Royal Mail. Please note we do not
