(Please make sure contact us throught ebay message to required an RMA number for return the product)Please include full name and address details with your return including your reason for returning your item. When returning an item please be sure to package it securely and include ALL original accessories and return with ORIGINAL packaging. If an item becomes damaged during posting we will not be able to replace or repair the item. ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT If any items were damaged in transit, you must report it to us within 3 working days to qualify for a replacement.If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Contact us through eBay and, in most cases, we will arrange for the item to be collected. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once the item is received back, we'll issue a replacement. If you want a refund, we DO NOT refund initial postage costs from sale, only goods value less a minimum restocking fee of 15%, via your original payment method. Should a replacement item be unavailable WE will offer an alternative product of the same or better specification. If this is not possible a full refund will be offered. If you decline the offer of an alternative item then ENCOL can only refund you the cost of the original item and not the initial postage cost.
