About us: Adlink and All Spares Direct specialise in the reconditioning of fans,
PCBs, and diverter valves for domestic, combination and condensing boilers,
offering an affordable, environmentally friendly service. The company aims to
recycle 80-90% of all the parts returned for refurbishment and has been supplying
these parts to Corgi engineers, plumbers and customers within the UK and Ireland
for over 25 years. The company has picked up the 1995 HVAC (Heating Ventilation
Air Conditioning) Green Initiative Award and Brent Green Award.
Terms and Conditions
What does Reconditioned Mean?
PCB’s: We replace faulty components and re-solder dry joints. Once all work is
complete, the PCB is checked by qualified engineers. Once final approval is made
we provide a 1 year warranty.
Fans: The fan motor coils are rewound and the bearings and shaft are replaced with
brand new, like for like ones. The fan body is then finished with a coat of paint. Once
all work is complete, the fan is checked by qualified engineers. Once final approval
is made we provide a 1 year warranty.
Diverter valves: The diverter valve is serviced and the body is cleaned, we also fit a
new diaphragm and service kit. Once all work is complete, the diverter valve is
checked by qualified engineers. Once final approval is made we provide a 1 year
How our services work:
Exchange Service: Our exchange service is simple and easy to use. Please click
“Buy it now” and select “Exchange Service” or“Exchange Service only” . By doing this, the amount you will pay,
will be £40 for the item free postage & packaging. PLEASE NOTE you must
send your faulty PCB to the address below with a copy of your eBay order details or
PayPal receipt, or your full name, address and eBay user ID. Ones we receive your
old PCB we will only then be able to send you your replacement PCB that you will
receive by the next working day.

Orders: Adlink and All Spares Direct reserves the right to cancel your order if

Warranty: All our reconditioned parts are covered by a 1 year warranty. The
warranty is not extendable. When you claim for parts under warranty, you must send
your faulty parts first for us to test out the part and if yours is faulty we will then
replace the part under warranty. If your old part has water damage or is damaged or
burnt by another part or electrical high voltage PCB, it will not be covered by
warranty. If your fan is failing due to the boiler overheating it will not be covered by
Shipping: We will charge a free post & packing for UK and mainland
area. Orders need to be placed before 4PM Monday to Friday, for you to receive the
item by the next working day. If you live in the Highlands or Offshore, we will charge
you £12.00 postage & packaging. If you are purchasing from outside the UK please

We offer Saturday delivery and if you need your items delivered by Monday for
orders placed on Saturday, please call us on 020 8991 5025 for postage costs.
All parcels sent via Royal mail or FedEx. Customers will need to sign for parcels on
delivery. We will email you your tracking details or you can call and ask for tracking
details.If you’ve missed your delivery and FedEx or Royal Mail have left a card, you
can contact them and ask for re-delivery. They will keep your parcel for 3 working
days. If you do not call or collect within this time period, they will send back the item
If you have your parcel re-delivered from us you will have to pay for the postage &
Lost or Damaged: If you received a damaged parcel please call us on 020 8991
5025 and we can arrange a replacement for the parcel. If your parcel has been lost
by the courier, we will wait for confirmation from the courier and only then we will
send you a replacement.
