Discount for higher quantities
Discount can be given on higher quantities, please email whattamug@live.co.uk with details of quantity/text/message/picture/photo etc, to receive an individual cost based on your requirements.

Payment via Paypal is preferred method of payment, however Cheques and Postal Orders will be accepted.
Product Information
All our products are made to order using the highest quality ceramic mugs and sublimation ink.
The images printed onto the mug will not fade, crack or peel making them 100% dishwasher and microwave safe.
Delivery
In normal circumstances we aim to have your mug dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment, however during peak periods this may be slightly longer due to high demand.
If you require your mug for a certain date please email us the details, choose the relevant postage option and we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs.
All our mugs are sent in smash proof packaging to protect your purchase.

Refunds/Exchanges
In the unlikely event that your mug arrives damaged please email us within 48 hours of receipt with a photograph of the damage to receive a full refund or replacement.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and return the item for a full refund or replacement item.
