ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED THROUGH THE E-BAY RETURN REQUEST CHANNEL BEFORE GOODS ARE RETURNED AND RETURNS PROCESSED. Return requests will only be considered for items sold as NEW. We DO NOT accept returns for USED items. Returns must be notified within 7 working days of receipt of your order and sent back to us within 14 working days. Faulty items will be exchanged or refunded. We cannot, however, exchange or refund items that have been purchased in error. Please read the item description thoroughly or e-mail for further clarification. Items must be returned in original packaging and condition. Refunds will be made by the method in which the goods were paid for. As the majority of our stock is clearance and end of line there is no guarantee offered with the items and all return requests will be handled individually and at the sellers discretion. We offer full refund for post and packing for items shipped within the UK. We regret that due to increased postage costs we are no longer able to issue replacements free of charge and therefore the cost of postage for exchange goods is to be met by the buyer. For overseas items we offer a MAXIMUM refund of £4.50. Return carriage charges are not refundable. If an item is returned NOT in original condition then we can only offer a refund equal to the value of its re-sale price. If it is deemed by the seller to be unfit for re-sale then no refund will be issued. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for body jewellery. All underwear and swimwear must be tried on over another garment and we reserve the right to reject refund claims for soiled items. CLAIMS FOR ITEMS NOTIFIED AS MISSING: Items purchased within the UK and dispatched by a non-traceable method ie standard post, will be deemed as missing after 14 working days from date of postage. All International parcels will be deemed as missing after 21 working days from date of postage. We will not consider any claim for missing parcels before the appropriate period lapses. Please be aware that we are not trying to be awkward but we are aware of the sometimes lapse standards of both UK and overseas postal services. Please be aware that all our goods carry a return address and this means that parcels that are not delivered for any reason are returned to us. We thank you for purchasing from us.
