Returns, are available on a limited basis. Most Buy It Now purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within 7 working days after the day you receive the item we give you up to 14 days to decide. For an item to be eligible for return, you must notify us in writing or email of your intent to return an item within 14 Days of confirmed receipt. Please note return shipping via City Link will cost you £12 + vat this will be deducted from your refund. we will not refund on goods we do not receive back or goods that are damaged so please use a postal service with proof of delivery and insurance cover when returning goods thank you. Items described as Damaged, used, Ex Catalogue, Mail order return, QA, Non-Returnable are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless faulty and have a limited warranty. If an item is faulty it can be sent back for testing if found to be faulty an exchange or refund will be offered. If no fault is found the goods will be returned to you and you will need to pay all the postage.
