AFTER 7 DAYS & NO PAYMENT WE WILL CLOSE THE CASE TO RECOUP OUR SELLER FEES AND LEAVE AN UNPAID STRIKE ON THE BUYERS' ACCOUNT & THEN THEY ARE BLOCKED FROM BUYING FROM US IN THE FUTURE.

Postal days are Monday To Friday, the mail is collected by Royal Mail at 4.00pm, any orders received after 1.30pm may be sent dependant on time allowing us to do so or will be sent on the following postal day excluding Saturday / Sunday & bank holidays. Please note delays in dispatch are possible around the Bank holidays.

Please do not contact us re delayed items until this time has elapsed as we are unable to help or claim for loss until this time has passed emailing before then will just be a waste of both parties time.
