* Returns will only be accepted if the item is faulty. Returns for any other reason, e.g. you changed your mind about the product or you did not read the item description fully, will not be accepted back.
* We will only accept returns if they are in 'as new' condition complete with all packaging. Returned items are always tested upon receipt.
* Return postage must be covered by the buyer and a certificate of posting should be obtained from the post office. If no certificate of posting is obtained and the item is lost in the post, no claim would be able to made against the post office and the buyer would be liable.
* All claims for replacements must be notified in the first instance by e-mail and within 3 days of receipt. The day of receipt will be taken as 2 working days after the day of dispatch.
* The Royal Mail do not class post as lost until 21 days have passed. Normally, where an item does not arrive, it has been returned to the sorting office. If your item does not arrive, in the first instance you must check at your local sorting office to see if it is there. In the unlikley event that your item is lost in the post then we will supply the certificate of posting for you to make a claim against the Royal Mail. It is the buyer's responsibility to make the claim to the Royal Mail or any other carrier that is used.
