What happens if I don't want the item or it arrives damaged? We hope you love your mugs but if for any reason you aren't happy or they arrive damaged you can return them within 7 days. We'll refund the cost or replace your mug – just let us know which is best for you. Complete the returns slip provided and please let us know why you are returning the item. This does not affect your statutory rights. If your mug arrives damaged, or is incorrectly supplied we will refund the cost of the returns postage. In all other cases, you'll need to cover the cost of returning the item.
