 Cheques & Postal orders are accepted, but please note goods will not be dispatched until they have cleared.

Buyers can pay by credit card we accept Visa/mastercard/American Express/Switch Delta etc there will be a 3.5% amount added to the final bill.

For all UK buyers VAT at the current rate of 20% is included in the listed price 

Payment must be received within 7 working days of the close of auction.
If payment isn't received within 7 working days, the auction will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed. Items paid with paypal will only be shipped to the paypal confirmed address.

Shipping

We ship Worldwide via DHL or UPS services. We usually ship within 48 hours after cleared payment.

Shipping: We charge handling fee to cover package and labor cost. All items are tracked and tracking # will be send to buyer once we processed the shipping label. If the payment is made via paypal, your tracking # will be sent by paypal service to your paypal account email address.

Returns

All items are sold with manufacturer’s full warranty. We accept returns for exchange or we will refund the cost of the item only minus 20% restocking fee. Buyer has 7 days to inspect the item and contact Ribble Enviro Ltd if any issues appear. Item must be returned the item within 14 days

of receipt; buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. You will be refunded the cost of the item only. If a part is returned for warranty exchange, buyer is responsible for return shipping of the part both ways.
