These are all Brand New items. These are The 'OCTAGANOL tip' PA21 adapters its a Brand New adapter which comes direct from Dell, the Main part number is NX061 amongst many other part numbers, there are many many fake copies of this PA21 adapter.

The adapters will come as in the packet below, we don't always send in the box as it adds extra money to the postage, sometimes they will come boxed, but 90% will come loose in the packet as pictured below.
We send the adapters in the packets as below but out of the box to save on packaging costs.
The adapter comes with a free C5 Generic Cloverleaf UK or Dell Euro Lead is included, We know very well what countries take which style of Cable, because our adapters are sourced from Dell in Europe, they come to us with Euro lead, so se can only send UK buyers a generic cable.

Main issues you may face - laptop not charging, adapter not recognised - a lot of the time it can be the laptop itself, ask for my advice, if you have used a lead with a frayed wire or have used a non Dell adapter in can affect the charging circuit of the laptop and the laptop may never behave correctly again.
We can repair sockets and replace the mother board / charging circuit if you need us too, let me know to quote you.
These PA21 were Produced in the last month so are very fresh stock
Mine are brand new with New UK Mains lead, they are the exact same type of adapter Dell sell for £43+, so up to a £30 saving
Some customers say PC world will charge over £90 for this very item !!
All Dell adaptors are made under licence in China mainly by Lite-On (Dell UK) and Hipro (Dell EMEA)
