• We don't accept direct bank deposits or cheques. We accept PayPal payments only.
• Immediate payment is required for our items.
• All items will be posted to the address selected while making a payment through PayPal. Please ensure your delivery address and postcode are correct before completing the transaction. We accept no liability for loss of items if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
• We combine shipping/postage for multiple purchases. Please select the 'request total from seller' option if you have purchased multiple items. Usually we apply 50% postage discount on subsequent items, but this does vary depending on size and quantity.

RETURNS

• We hope you will be satisfied with any product purchased from us but if you wish to return an item to us please contact us first for advice on how to return it.
• Returns will only be accepted if the return form (supplied with the item) is completed.
• We accept all item that are returned to us within 14 days of receipt, provided that they are still in original brand new condition (sealed, where applicable).
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item if the item is not returned in an adequate condition.
• A refund will be issued as soon as we receive the item back.
• Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item was not as described or damaged.
