You should receive your order on the next working day after you ordered. In the unlikely event that your goods fail to arrive within 10 working days of dispatch, 2 Buy A Ltd gives you the choice of a replacement shipment or a full refund. Please make sure that you contact us, in writing, within 10 working days of your order. Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 10 working days of your order, it will be assumed that you received your order as requested.
Shipping to International (Non UK) addresses
In the unlikely event that your goods fail to arrive within 20 working days of dispatch, 2 Buy A Ltd gives you the choice of a replacement shipment or a full refund. Please make sure that you contact us, in writing, within 20 working days of your order. Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 20 working days of your order, it will be assumed that you received your order as requested.
2 Buy A Ltd reserves the right to charge any extra carriage costs incurred where the wrong address has been given.

Customers are responsible for orders once the package arrives at the supplied delivery address. It is
not always compulsory for the card holder to sign for any goods ordered. 2 Buy A Ltd cannot be held
responsible if the package goes missing once delivered. If any goods are received faulty or damaged
you must notify us within 7 days of receiving them (via email) quoting your order reference.
Deliveries are usually made by either UK Mail or Royal Mail. We are unable to give instructions to the couriers with regards to leaving goods elsewhere, such as with neighbours or in porches. If, when ordering, you left instructions to this effect we must apologise as this is not possible.
If you require next working day delivery, goods must be ordered by 4:30pm.
Your order may be delayed if there are any unexpected stock shortages. (You will be informed by e-mail or telephone if this is the case). Your order may also be delayed if we fail to get authorisation for payment for your order. (We run independent security checks which include user surnames, card usage patterns & postcode matching .These checks are pivotal to help prevent credit card fraud).
If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, or a fault occurs in the first 14 days of receiving your goods, we offer either a full refund or dispatch replacement goods as soon as possible after the faulty goods have been returned to us.
2 Buy A Ltd offers its customers a full refund within 14 working days after the goods arrive. Customers must cancel their order and return the goods at their own cost for a refund. A refund will be provided within 30 days.
All goods returned should be received in the same condition in which they were dispatched, including outer packaging.

Cancel an order

Returning faulty or damaged goods
Any item may be returned for any reason within 14 days of the date of dispatch so long as it remains in a saleable condition. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser.
To return any faulty items to 2 Buy A - parcel them securely, including all manuals, accessories and original packaging. Please be aware YOU are responsible for the goods until received by us. Include
a short note detailing your original order reference, contact details and reason for return.

Whilst every care is taken to ensure correct prices on our website we do reserve the right to change a price in extreme circumstances. If a price is corrected due to extreme circumstances, customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel their order.
If an order is placed for an item with an erroneous price, and the erroneous price is less than our cost price of the item, we reserve the right to offer to process the order at cost price or the opportunity for the customer to cancel the order.
Prices on orders for out-of-stock or pre-release items are valid for 10 days after the order is placed. If there are price changes when stock becomes available again customers will be informed of any change before any payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.
