PAYMENTS
	
    * PayPal – goods dispatched same day, if payment cleared before noon Mon-Fri except holidays.
    * Postal Orders ( uncrossed )
    * Bank Transfers and Bank Drafts depending on your bank ( we use Barclays Bank ) takes 2-5 working days to clear.
    * Cash paid over counter into our bank account shows same working day, if paid before end of business day.
    * Goods are dispatched immediately for Payments cleared before noon, Mon-Fri.

    * We supply New and Refurbished equipment with 90 days hardware warranty only, unless otherwise specified.
    * Shipping costs back to us will be the buyer's responsibility.
    * Removing or tampering with security labels voids warranty.
    * Please contact us via e-mail or phone within 90 days of purchase and we will try to help resolve any problems.
    * If we cannot remedy, RMA ( Returns Authorization Number ) will be issued via e-mail.
    * RMA number needs to be marked clearly on the parcel when returning goods back to us.
    * Goods sent back to us will NOT be accepted WITHOUT a valid RMA number.
    * We will re-test the items returned to us with valid RMA number.
    * Replacement will be sent (at our expense) if goods found to be faulty and replacement available.
    * If goods are found to be faulty and no replacement is available, we will issue full refund.
    * If customer does not want replacement at this stage, re-stocking of 20% minimum £5 will be applied before refund.
    * If goods returned are found not faulty £5 fee for re-testing and shipping fee needs to be paid for goods to be sent back.
    * We will withhold a fee of 20% minimum £5, for non-faulty items accepted for return ( shipping non refundable ). This includes items purchased in error, incompatible items, unwanted items etc.
    * Items which are sold without warranty for spares, repair etc are non refundable / non returnable.
