Return policy details
We fully comply with Distance Selling Regulations. This means that consumers have a right to cancel an order within 7 working days for fixed "buy-it-now" items. This must be done in writing within 7 working days from the time of the purchase - this is to allow you a cooling off period should you change you mind. Please note that if you are in receipt of the item, then you will be responsible both taking care of the item, and it's return postage costs - this also includes ensuring adequate packaging to ensure that the items to be returned arrive in a saleable condition. After 7 working days, your right to cancellation expires. In the case of an item being in your care, the 7 day period starts on the first working day after receipt of the item. Business/Trade buyers have no right to cancel under this regulation, and a restocking fee may be applied to any authorised returns. Distance selling regulations are designed specifically to protect consumers. All returns must use our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) process - this allows us to track returns and process refunds accurately. If we cannot work out who returned an item, it can severely delay the return process. Cancellation requests and RMA should be made using eBay's "ask the buyer a question" facility.
