Some additional information :

Georges VINCE (1913-1991)

« Né le 20 mars 1913 à Saint-Joachim (Loire-Atlantique). Mort le 26 mars 1991. XXe siècle. Français.

Peintre, sculpteur. Abstrait, puis figuratif.

Extrait du BENEZIT.

In 1946 Georges VINCE attended the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Nantes. He started his artistic carrier quite late,
in 1958, aged 45, when he moved to Paris. He exhibited in numerous Salons starting from 1959 :
Salon des Indépendants, Salons de la St Nationale des Beaux-Arts, Salons Terres Latines, Salon d’Asnières,
Salons de Taverny, Levallois, Versailles, Monaco, Salon d\Art Sacré, Salon des Artistes Présents, Festival d’Osaka.
In 1989 his work was presented in the Parisian Gallery Arches et Toiles in an exhibition entitled:
Vince – Regards sur 50 ans de peinture (Vince – a look at 50 years of painting).
