If you are returning goods that are not faulty or damaged, they MUST be returned AS NEW and UNUSED (i.e. in the condition you received them), with the ORIGINAL PACKAGING within 7 days of receipt. YOU are responsible for return shipping costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
If an item is found to be faulty or damaged on receipt please email us within 3 days of receipt.
You MUST contact UK Garden Furniture team by email first before returning your item. We recommend a Certificate of Postage is obtained from your Post Office or recorded delivery for all returns as items can NOT be exchanged or refunded until received by us.
