The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
Return policy details
We understand that shopping for goods on the internet can be tricky – especially when it comes to children’s shoes.
We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of dispatch / receipt as long as the unused shoes and packaging can be returned in the same condition that they were sent.
We will refund (minus original postage charges) or exchange, whichever you prefer.
If the item is faulty or the reason for return is due to an error on Kidz Shooz’s part, we will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Returns for REFUND – the customer will be responsible for the payment of the return postage.
Returns for EXCHANGE – the customer will be responsible for the payment of the return postage to us and we will happily pay for the shipping to send replacement products to the customer.
When posting items back to us please obtain a "proof of posting" from your Post Office in case a claim needs to be filed for a lost parcel.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibilty for returned product that fails to reach us.
If an item returned is not in a fully resalable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund / exchange.
