Returns Policy- Here at UKProjector we strive to offer our customers top notch service in all areas of our business. Sometimes that means completing a return for our customers as efficiently and painlessly as possible. If you ever experience a problem with your order be it a misspick, defective, or damaged good rest assured that UKProjector will do everything in our power to replace, repair or if necessary refund your ordered item(s). Please be sure to test your product as soon as possible once you receive your order. Defective- If you ever receive an order and it is defective or damaged please do not hesitate to email UKProjector immediately. Upon receiving notification of said defect UKProjector will issue the customer an RMA# and an address to the customer. At which point the customer will ship the item back to our warehouse. Upon reception of the defective unit we will either reship a new unit or refund the purchase price of the product to the customer. Be sure to follow all the instructions we issue concerning the RMA process so that your new unit or refund can be processed in a timely fashion. You have up to 14 days after purchase of the product to report it as damaged or defective. If for some reason your item doesn’t arrive in a timely manner you have up to 7 days after arrival of the unit to report a defect. Misspick- Sometime a customer may be shipped an item that was misspicked in the warehouse. In all honesty this rarely ever happens but if it does be sure to contact us so that we may issue instructions on the RMA process so that we can ship you the correct item as soon as possible. Lost-Item- Please be advised that in most cases you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your product ships, depending on which type of shipping option you choose there may not always be a traceable number within this email. In all cases you will either receive a tracking number or a delivery estimate. If you have not received your item 1 or 2 days after your delivery estimate please inform us so that we can open a trace on the unit with the courier and find out what happened to the package. Please do not open a paypal or ebay case prior to hearing from us as these effect the speed with which we can replace your lost item. Return for non-issue- If for any other reason you decide to return your product please contact us with your reason why. You have up to 14 days after the sale to decide to return the item, however we reserve the right to withhold the cost of shipping plus up to 15% restocking fee. Please return all accessories and original packaging in good condition in order to receive a lesser penalty. The customer bears the responsibility of covering the cost of return shipping as well.
