Answer: As we post all goods on the same day provided if you have payed before 4:30 PM Friday, any order placed after 4:30 PM Friday (Including the ones placed on Saturdays & Sundays are Posted on Monday) most customers get it the Next day. Question: What happens if my purchase fails to arrive?
Answer: Every chance must be given for the postal services to deliver the item – especially in busy periods such as Christmas. Products posted on the same Day from United Kingdom London to UK and Worldwide via Royal Mail First Class and for International Customers via International Airmail. For UK local customers, the item should arrive on the next working Day or the Day after, if not then call your LOCAL Sorting office as they may be holding that for you, but we suggest, that before calling them wait for at least 4 Working Days. Still if no Luck, please use our above "Contact us" link as we only reply to messages via our customer Message Board for the undelivered or delayed items as well as technical support issues.
International Customers before you contact us please wait for at least 7 working days although the item should arrive within 3 working days as we post from UK via International Airmail.
