About Us
DNDUK is based in West Sussex in the sunny(!)
South East of England. We started out in 2006 selling fancy dress
costumes. We have now expanded our range and also sell party
decorations and sweets.
We would like to think that our service and prices are second to none - we strive to give customers the best possible
choice at the lowest prices. We retail items from quality manufacturers like Leg Avenue, Amscan, Dreamgirl and
Beistle, to name but a few.

Payment Information
Payment is expected within 7 days of the auctions end. If no payment has been made within 7 days and if we have not heard from you regarding payment, we reserve the right to relist your item and file a non paying bidder report with eBay. If you do have any problems making payment please let us know as we may be able to help.
Payment can be made in any of the following ways:
Through Paypal.
By cheque or postal orders.
With a bankers draft.
All payments MUST be made in British Pounds. International bidders may ONLY pay via Paypal!
Shipping Information
All items will be dispatched from the UK via insured delivery.
We will ship items to the UK, Europe, the USA, Australia and New Zealand. Postage costs for this item are as follows:
You will NEVER pay more than £8.50 postage on our items, no matter how much you order! (UK only)
Returns Information
At DNDUK we are aware that occasionally customers will need to return an item. We will happily accept returns as long as
you let us know that you want to return your item and send it back to us within 14 days of your receipt. In order to be able to return an item
the following conditions must be met:
The item must be in its original condition
with all tags/packaging intact.
You must let us know that you wish to
return your item and return it to us within 14 days.
You must pay return postage costs.
