If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note we can only refund/replace items we receive. For larger/heavier items sent by courier please contact us to arrange a collection. For items sent via Royal Mail, please send to the address stated on your ebay invoice. Please note that if the item/s are simply not wanted and are as stated in the advert, consumers are liable for the original postage costs, plus any cost of returning/collecting the item/s. The cost of the item/s will be refunded, but not the postage cost stated on the invoice. Items that are simply unwanted must be returned UNUSED, unopened and in the original packaging, items that have been used will not be refunded. Faulty items will be refunded including postage costs, please send the items back 1st or 2nd class post and obtain a receipt from the post office as proof of postage.
