All buyers may return any item that is faulty to twivel within 1 Year of purchase and will be given either a refund or a replacement - please contact us first at sales@twivel.co.uk . Free returns labels will be supplied for this All buyers may change their mind within 14 days of purchase and can return the item in a brand new unused condition to twivel at their own expense, please advise us first by email sales@twivel.co.uk. as we will send returns labels. Overseas buyers can also return items at their own expense if they find that the item does not work in their country All our electrical goods are sold for the UK market which is 240V and 3-pin square plug. Therefore any item being bought to be used outside of the UK will require a plug adaptor We do not supply adaptors but they are sold in our shop. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check that the item will work in their country. This may also affect items such as DAB radios etc. We do accept returns of items that do not work in your country but you will be responsible for the return postage cost.
