Return policy The customer service we offer is very important to us so if you have any queries or a problem with your order then please get in touch with us so we can sort them out. You can contact us through E bay messages or ring us on 01492 534169 Mon-Sat 9am-5.30pm If you wish to return an item you must inform us within seven days of it arriving through e bay messages, e mail or phone and return it within 21 days of purchase, in it's unopened original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Returned goods must be sent to:- Hippo Toys, 20 Conway Road, Colwyn Bay, N. Wales, LL29 7HS. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is in an unsaleable condition. Large/valuable items will be sent tracked. Please ensure somebody will be able to receive the goods or collect them (from sorting office or depo)as items returned to us undelivered or unclaimed will only be partially refunded (less 20% of the purchase price to cover our postage/courier return charges). We do not refund postage and packaging for returned unwanted items and we reserve the right to charge 20% of the total cost to cover our postage, packing and restocking costs on all free shipped items. We recommend that you send the unwanted items by recorded/tracked delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive. Refunds will be applied via paypal when we recieve the item. This does not affect statutory rights.
