If you receive an item that is defective or damaged it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. Simply contact us and let us know what the issue is, and we will be happy to assist you. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns are subject to the following terms and conditions:
1) Items must be returned with 14 days of receipt of shipment.
2) You must contact us before returning an item to obtain a return authorization. Items that are sent back to us without a return authorization are ineligible for refund.
3) Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sold, including all accessories and original packaging. Items that are not in the same condition as they were sold are ineligible for refund.
4) All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
5) Refunds are based on the cost of the merchandise only; original shipping charges are not refundable.
6) Items must be shipped via US Postal Service mail. You are responsible for return shipping costs. It is strongly recommended you add tracking and delivery confirmation. DO NOT specify "signature confirmation," as it cannot be accepted at our receiving address.
7) International orders (outside the USA) are not eligible for refund.
Please note: If an item returned to us is deemed ineligible for refund (for example, an item sold as new but returned with obvious signs of use or damage), the item will be held for 30 days then discarded. Should you want the item returned to you during this period, you will be responsible for return shipping and handling charges. For this reason, it is important to read and understand the shipping terms and conditions before sending an item to us to avoid any problems or delays with your refund.
