Returns of "Make-up" items are not permitted due to hygiene reasons; if you are unsure about the item you are bidding on or have any queries please use the "Ask Seller a Question" service before placing your bid. However, the 7 day return policy is available for items received not as described in the listing or incorrectly sent. All other items (apart from makeup) do carry a full 7 day return. All returned items must be sent back in the condition they were received and in their original condition and packing. **Important** If you have a problem with a delivered item you must email us within 7 days of the receipt with your concerns to arrange the item's return.
