iv'e had a gymball for quite some time now and every time i pushed it further and further to the back of my cupboard iv'e thought "i will use you one day",then while absently browsing ebay one day(like you do)i came across this dvd.As the delivery was so super fast i wasted no time in watching it while eating my lunch!!I'm glad i was sat down,it was KNACKERING!!!But i decided to give it a try,so along with the presenter i sweated away but i didn't do all of it at once otherwise my family would be burying me today.Its hard work but if you chose your exercises carfuly you'll enjoy it,my favs being the curcuit and the abs section-just make sure you've enough room or like me just don't use your ball like the presenter when she starts swinging it around!!!!Give this one a try-its hard work but fun-and like they say,nobody died exercising.oh!wait a minute........................Read full review
Bought this dvd to help me lose the post-baby weight, and it's been a great choice. If you want to go for it and do the whole hour of exercise, you can, or you can pick it up at any of the three exercise points: aerobics, circuits, abdominals, whatever you have time for, then there is 10 minutes of stretching at the end which you can also choose to do or not. Perfect for busy moms who might only have 10 minutes (abs workout), or the whole hour.
I bought this DVD becuase I had done Gymball routines before and wanted something a bit more energetic and challenging. I was not disappointed. I have 4 Lucy Knight DVD's so far, I find her easy to follow, she explains every move well and has a really refreshing approach. The sections are split up into five different types of exercise so you can easily take a break, the warm-up is really effective, I haven't pulled a muscle yet. The whole thing ends with a stretch out which is really calming and cooling after the aerobic and abdominal sections. The only thing I will say is make some room before you start because you will need it.
Rool one pound DVD is good program. The exercise keep you moving all the time but going like fast, slow, fast, slow. You can really enjoy this exercise.
This is a great start off dvd for using a gymball. I am a gym goer and the routines get me suitably out of puff, with a few tight muscles the day after. Would recommend this to anyone!
