PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE RETURNING AN ITEM TO US.
We offer a 14 days exchange and refund policy
For Exchanges -
We offer free exchanges, however it is the buyer’s responsibility to return the item to us. (Please obtain proof of postage).
Use the returns form on the back of your invoice and return the item in exactly the same condition that you received it.
For Refunds -
Please open a return request (not a buyer protection case) and complete the returns form on the back of your invoice. If you don't have a copy of your original invoice please include a note with your name, address & postcode plus your username or we will not be able to verify who it’s from.
VERY IMPORTANT -
When returning an item it should be in its original packaging with tags still attached (if any) and in a resalable condition.
We will not accept returns if they are damaged, smelling of smoke or perfume, have been altered or are not in their original condition (i.e. - unlaced)
Any return outside 14 days (without prior consent) or not in resalable condition will be returned to you.
All returns will be processed within 5 working days of being received back at our warehouse.
